‘Where goes the night’ solo show at Gallery Vriend van Bavink

On 15 September 2017 my solo exhibition ‘Where goes the night’ will open at Gallery Vriend van Bavink Pacific Place, Geldersekade 30, Amsterdam, in cooperation with Witteveen Visual arts. I will show several new, large watercolours, together with a few hightlights from the past couple of years which are connected to the new work. The people in my drawings seem to be occupied by mysterious rituals, often rooted in personal fears and fantasies. Apart from my exhibition the Gallery Vriend van Bavink will present solo exhibitions by Famy ShahinAnne-Jan ReijnGopal Dagnogo, and the ‘One Thousand drawing pension plan’ shop by Mathijs Booij. Ten Haaf Projects will present new work by Luka Karashvili in the same building.
