A few years ago my dear friend Kristof Morel asked me to help build two wooden houses amidst the green rooftop gardens of PAKT Antwerp. Back then he already dreamt of organising a big exhibition there and to install his UFO Airport. Now it’s finally time for his vision to come alive.
The Higher Grounds festival will take place this weekend 17 and 18 September, bringing together over 30 installations by a wonderful group of artists. I’ll be showing one of my large watercolor paintings. Info & tickets on www.dakkan.be
